service includes:
  • Drawing up employment agreements, including the description of the employee’s labor function in the agreement or drawing up the job description;
  • Documenting changes/addendums to employment agreements (in the case of change in the terms and conditions of the employment agreements), including drawing up agreements on the termination of employment agreements (in the case of cancellation of employment agreement upon the agreement of the parties);
  • Issuing orders in respect of the group of orders for primary activities, required in the framework of HR activities (order on staffing table, on changes to the staffing table, etc.);

Audit of HR documentation is a complex review of HR documents in compliance with current legislation.

1. Comprehensive audit – a review of all HR documents.

2. Selective audit – a review of all HR documents for selected employees or review of selected documents in respect of all employees (for example, only employment and dismissal documents and employment agreements).

The results of the completed audit will be incorporated into a report listing the identified violations and a recommendation on how to address the violation.
