Business Valuation - Estimation of the cost of the business

One of most important preparatory stages of the transaction is a multilevel estimation of cost of the business of the seller - business valuation. Often, the owners of companies have no opportunity to impartially estimate the cost of business or at least to identify the most essential parameters according to which assessment of business is made and its subsequent realization have to be carried out. Thus, a reasonable estimation of the cost of the business (business valuation) is extremely important, both for the buyer, not willing to overpay during transaction, and for the seller (the statistics shows that, when refusing the services of specialists to estimate the cost of the business, most of sellers lose in similar transactions from 30 to 90% of the real cost of the sold assets).

Remuneration

Remuneration of Meridian Capital is arranged so that to coordinate our tasks with client's purposes.

We believe that our remuneration has to depend on positive result for our client. We will get profit if we help you to achieve the planned objectives.

Meridian Capital earns a Success Fee only after closing of the transaction, its size depends on the transaction volume.

The main part of our remuneration depends on success. The commission fee is necessary for us to cover a part of our current expenses. This amount will be invoiced at the very beginning of the work on the project.

We are ready to prepare for you the structure of our remuneration depending on the character of transaction.
