History of MERIDIAN CAPITAL:

1997

The Meridian Group was founded in Moscow in 1997 by a team of Russian and western professionals. The company has from an instatement boutique to a diversified consulting group providing a wide range of consulting services.

Since its establishment, the Group provided services in corporate finance and M&A for small and medium-sized businesses (attracting direct investment, venture and credit financing, solving business restructuring issues, providing structuring and transaction support).

Since 2000

The group provides a complete service in accountancy and for taxation issues, both for Russian and foreign companies. In 2008 the group established fully compliant HR and Migration Departments.

At the end of 2010

The group was among the first on the market to begin providing services for the support of Russian innovative companies (startups).

Our client registry includes representative offices of foreign companies, Russian companies and individuals.
RISKS & SOLUTIONS provide background check services . The core business is purely informational and analytical. The company’s specialists are qualified professionals with extensive experience in competitive intelligence, collection of information, analytics, law, economics, investment activities. The company’s professionals will study the structure and activities of targeted companies, holdings, financial and industrial groups, and identify affiliated entities and visualize the collected data for the client.
